Symptoms of a Heart Attack can vary between Male and Females. Although men may experience chest tightness and pressure, the symptoms may be less subtle for women and are therefore not recognized straight away. Symptoms like shortness of breath, pain in the lower chest or upper abdomen, dizziness, fainting, upper back pressure or fatigue. If you have any of these symptoms seek medical advice straight away.
